Full-time position
Hybrid work model (Milan, Italy – with international scope)
Travel and meeting expenses will be reimbursed upon approval
This position may evolve into Head of Human Resources or Chief People Officer, depending on performance and organizational growth.

Institute Itech is seeking an experienced and people-driven HR Manager to build, lead, and continuously develop the Institute's human resources function at a pivotal moment in its international growth.
The HR Manager will serve as the primary HR reference point for Institute Itech's leadership and staff, overseeing the full spectrum of people operations — from talent acquisition
