Opdenergy is now looking for a Procurement Specialist to manage procurement processes in Italy.
Manage procurement processes for local services related to the construction, grid connection, and operation and maintenance of renewable energy plants.
Identify, evaluate and develop relationships with qualified engineering service providers and technical suppliers.
Understand project requirements and translate them into appropriate procurement strategies and scopes of work.
Prepare and manage RFIs, RFQs and RFPs, including the preparation of tender documentation and comparison of technical and commercial proposals.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders, particularly Engineering, Construction, Project Management and Development teams, to define technical and commercial requirements.
Evaluate and compare supplier proposals, coordinating the technical and commercial assessment with the relevant internal teams.
Lead commercial negotiations with suppliers and support the selection of the most suitable providers based on cost, quality, technical capabilities, schedule and project requirements.
Work closely with the Legal Department and internal stakeholders on the preparation, negotiation and execution of contracts and service agreements.
Manage the supplier qualification and onboarding process, ensuring compliance with internal procurement procedures.
Monitor supplier performance, contractual conditions and delivery of services throughout the project execution phase.
