Junior Project Manager Intern
We are looking for a Junior Project Manager Intern to join our OneSystem Project Team in our Bolton Food Business Unit based in Milan.
How you make the differenceYou will be part of OneSystem Project, a strategic transformation project aimed at implementing SAP S4/Hana and other ancillaries in Spain and Morocco, while reviewing processes to ensure coherence at global level. This role offers also a unique opportunity to support the simplification of intercompany flows and the extension of Bolton Food processes on an international scale.
How Your Agenda Looks Like
- Project Support: Provide daily operational support to the Project Leadership in managing project activities.
- OneSystem Roadmap: Assist in the rollout phases, ensuring the project is smoothly integrated into the existing Bolton Food environment.
- Documentation & Creativity:



Help draft formal IT documentation and create engaging internal presentations to keep stakeholders updated.
- Process Learning: Work closely with our Project Experts and internal leaders to learn how to manage complex business processes.
- Data & Change Management: Support data collection and change analysis to make our intercompany flows simpler and more efficient.
- International experiences: Opportunity to collaborate with international teams (e.g. Spain and Morocco) and contribute to project activities in a multicultural environment.

Your TeamYou will report directly to the Project Leader.
