With the aim of strengthening our team, we are recruiting a

People & Culture Specialist - Czech Republic and Slovakia.

The People & Culture (P&C;) Specialist plays a pivotal role in implementing global and regional P&C; strategies at the local level. This position ensures legal compliance, operational excellence, and employee engagement across the full employee lifecycle. Acting as a trusted advisor to the local management team and a liaison to HQ, the P&C; Specialist supports business continuity and fosters a positive workplace culture.

Main Responsibilities:
- Act as the local expert for labor law,



ensuring full legal compliance and minimizing employment-related risks
- Manage employee relations cases, including conflicts, disciplinary actions, and grievances
- Support the Country Manager with all local People & Culture (P&C;) matters and alignment with corporate standards
- Ensure consistent local implementation of global P&C; policies, programs, and initiatives
- Serve as the key liaison between local operations and HQ P&C; for alignment and compliance
- Oversee adherence to internal policies, employment contracts, Time & Attendance, Travel & Expenses, and Car Policy
- Coordinate core P&C; processes such as performance management, merit reviews, promotions, and headcount planning, including payroll liaison
- Lead onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth employee transitions and compliant documentation
