Business Development Manager Devices AMD

Job Summary
As a Business Development Manager for Devices AMD, you will be responsible for driving the growth and market share of AMD device solutions within TD SYNNEX Italy. You will develop and execute strategies to expand our partner network, identify new business opportunities, and manage key vendor relationships to achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies specifically for AMD device products across all relevant market segments (e.g., commercial, consumer, gaming).
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners (resellers, system integrators, retailers) to expand the reach and sales of AMD devices.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing AMD partners, providing them with product knowledge, sales support, and marketing resources.
- Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and product management teams to create and execute effective go-to-market plans, campaigns, and promotions for AMD devices.
- Monitor market trends,



competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and refine sales strategies.
- Negotiate advantageous terms and conditions with partners and AMD to maximize profitability and market share.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports, forecasts, and business reviews to management, outlining progress against targets and strategic initiatives.
- Provide training and enablement sessions for internal sales teams and external partners on AMD device technologies, features, and benefits.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and partner meetings to represent TD SYNNEX and AMD.

Job Qualifications
- High school/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or product management within the IT distribution or technology industry, with a strong focus on PC components, devices, or relat
