Position summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented a Junior Producer to join our creative advertising agency. As a Production Assistant, you will support the production team throughout the entire project lifecycle, from concept development to post-production. You will assist with day-to-day operations, ensuring that all elements of the production process run smoothly and efficiently. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about advertising and eager to grow in the creative industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist producers and production managers with administrative tasks such as scheduling, organizing meetings, and coordinating communication between departments.
- Help manage logistics for shoots, including booking locations, arranging equipment, and organizing talent and crew.
- Support on-set production activities, ensuring the crew has the necessary resources and that production stays on schedule.
- Coordinate deliveries of assets and materials to clients, vendors,



and other stakeholders.
- Keep track of project timelines and ensure that deadlines are met.
- Manage production budgets, expenses, and invoices in collaboration with the finance department.
- Ensure compliance with agency processes and assist in obtaining necessary permits or licenses for shoots.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas to creative development.
- Handle ad hoc tasks as needed to ensure the smooth operation of production.

Desired Skills & Experience
- Previous experience as a Production Assistant or in a similar role within advertising, film, or media production is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive attitude with strong problem-solvin
