Previous experience in 3D, Augmented and Virtual Reality Technology solutions, in Manufacturing, Fashion, Furnitures, Mechanics, and commerce sectors are a distinct advantage.

Key Accountabilities

Manage the expansion of Shin software Srl in Italy generating new customers, prospects, and partners in the assigned territory.

Sell all the solutions of Shin Software’s portfolio in Italy, creating a strong credible pipeline that could be the basis for future business in short/medium terms.

Manage the entire sales cycles either for direct and indirect business, selecting and onboarding target partners, resellers, and distributors.

Act as Shin Software Srl Manager, representing the company in sales and marketing events.

Success will come from achieving these accountabilities:
- Meet or exceed Italy’s sales quota.
- Understand the market for 3D, Augmented and Virtual Reality Technology and related business opportunities, including use cases, competitive landscape, and customer value propositions.
- Demonstrate comfort in seamlessly selling to both business decision-makers (BDM’s)



and technical decision-makers (TDM’s).
- Leverage a close relationship with the rest of the international team (and Shin Software colleagues) to deliver high-value consulting and architect services to our clients.
- Cultivate selling relationships with key 3D, Augmented and Virtual Reality Technology partners in the territory, including global SI’s, regional ISV’s, and local niche players.
- Demonstrate effective co-selling and Partner attach in your opportunities.
- Manage a healthy pipeline with both average (€50K+) and large (typically up to €200k+) opportunities.
- Support discussions of 3D, Augmented and Virtual Reality Technology offerings with customers, prospective customers, partners, and internal constituents
- Quickly build rapport with internal and external selling partners including existing Italian partners and customers to foster pipeline and sales growth for the business.
