On behalf of our client, a fast-growing AI company, we are currently looking for a Deployment Strategist for a permanent position.
Project/Customer background
The client is scaling its AI platform across enterprise customers and is building local teams in Italy to support complex AI deployments. Their solutions help companies implement AI agents across real business workflows, with a strong focus on measurable outcomes, production readiness and customer impact.
Role background
The selected candidate will own the successful delivery of AI solutions for enterprise customers, managing projects from early scoping through production launch.
The role includes defining requirements, success metrics and integration plans for POCs and onboardings, coordinating platform implementation, managing timelines and aligning Product, Engineering and customer teams on deliverables and SLAs.
The ideal candidate is proactive, structured and comfortable working at the intersection of technology, execution and customer collaboration. This is a strong fit for someone who can manage complex stakeholders, remove blockers and make AI projects land properly in production.
Location: Milan/Rome, Italy. 4 days a week in the office
Language: English and Italian
Salary package: €60,000-€100,000 gross annual salary, with flexibility for strong candidates depending on experience, seniority and overall fit
Skills:
- 4-10 years of experience in technical program management, delivery, consulting, investment banking or fast-growing startups
- Strong project management, organization and communication skills
- Ability to scope requirements, success metrics and integration plans
- Comfort working with technical concepts such as APIs, data flows and system integrations
- Ability to coordinate Product, Engineering and customer stakeholders
- Experience tracking progress, managing risks and removing blockers
- Proactive and hands-on mindset
- Interest in AI-driven products and enterprise technology
Nice to have:
- Engineering background or previous hands-on technical experience
- Experience in high-growth or early-stage startup environments
- Experience supporting production software launches and ongoing operations
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
