On behalf of Premium Fashion Brand we are looking for an: /ph3Executive Assistant /h3pThe incumbent will support the COO in both strategic and operational coordination, contributing to organizational effectiveness and the management of company priorities. /ppThis role will act as a strategic partner, capable of optimizing processes while actively fostering a collaborative environment and effective communication across departments. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliSupport the definition of corporate objectives and monitor key KPIs, contributing to the overall vision and achievement of results; /liliLead cross-functional and transversal initiatives, particularly those without a clearly defined owner within the organization; /liliAct as a liaison between the COO and both internal and external stakeholders, preparing communication materials such as speeches, Board of Directors presentations, and company newsletters; /liliFilter and manage requests addressed to the COO,
