Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is seeking a distinguished Senior Teamcenter PLM Consultant to lead our Application Management Services (AMS) operations for a key client in Turin, Italy.

This is a senior, customer-facing leadership role for an expert in the PLM domain. You will be entrusted with ensuring the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of a critical Teamcenter environment. As the lead consultant, you will drive technical and functional solutions, manage high-priority incidents, and serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors. This position requires a strategic leader dedicated to service excellence and operational discipline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead AMS Operations: Spearhead the end-to-end PLM/Teamcenter support operations, ensuring all incidents, service requests, and enhancements are managed within stringent SLA and priority expectations.
- Drive Incident & Problem Management: Take command of priority incident calls, escalations, and root cause analysis (RCA). Perform expert-level triage to assess impact and assign issues to the appropriate resolver groups.
- Provide Technical & Functional Leadership: Act as the primary solution advisor for business and technical requirements. Guide team members on complex Teamcenter functional areas and establish best practices for support quality.
- Manage Stakeholder Communication: Lead daily support calls, backlog reviews, and status communications. Collaborate seamlessly with customer stakeholders, PLM architects, Siemens/vendor teams,
and internal technical groups to ensure swift issue resolution.
- Champion Continuous Improvement: Drive service enhancement by analyzing ticket trends, identifying automation opportunities, and reducing recurring issues. Prepare and maintain high-quality SOPs, knowledge articles, and operational reports.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 10+ years of extensive experience in PLM, with deep expertise in Siemens Teamcenter support and operations.
- Expert-level knowledge of Teamcenter modules, including Structure Manager, Workflow, Change Management, Access Manager, and Embedded Software Lifecycle Management.
- Proven ability to lead incident management, triage issues, analyze logs, and provide robust technical and functional solutions based on business requirements.
- Strong command of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, SLA Management) and experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow or JIRA.
- Exceptional skills in stakeholder management, customer engagement, and team leadership.
