ppSenior Clinical Research Associate /ppICON is a global healthcare intelligence and clinical research organisation united by a mission to bring new medicines and treatments to patients faster. /ppAs a values-driven organisation, integrity, collaboration, agility, and inclusion are at the heart of how we work and interact with each other, customers, patients and suppliers. /ppAs a Senior CRA at ICON Plc, you will oversee and manage clinical trial activities to ensure they are conducted according to protocol, regulatory requirements, and industry standards. /ph3What You Will Do: /h3pYou will lead on clinical trial monitoring tasks requiring technical depth, with a focus on quality and continuous improvement. /ph3Key responsibilities include: /h3ulliMonitoring clinical trial sites to ensure adherence to study protocols, regulatory requirements, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards. /liliConducting site visits to assess site performance, resolve issues, and provide support to ensure successful trial execution. /liliCollaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate data collection and reporting. /liliProviding training and guidance to site staff and other CRAs to maintain high standards of clinical trial conduct. /liliBuilding and maintaining effective relationships with site personnel and stakeholders to facilitate smooth trial operations. /li /ulh3Your Profile: /h3pYou will have a strong foundation in clinical trial monitoring, with the experience to work independently and guide others. /ph3Required qualifications and experience: /h3ulliBachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or healthcare-related field /liliExtensive experience as a Clinical Research Associate,
