pulliAnalyst/Executive/Investment Analyst /liliFull time /li /ul pItaly /p h3Customer Due Diligence Officer - Onboarding Specialist /h3 pbLocation: /b Milanbr/bDepartment: /b Operationsbr/bContract: /b Full-Time | Permanent | CBA: banking, 3rd Professional Area | Salary Range: 38k-42k /p h3Overview of Role /h3 pThe candidate will join the Operations Onboarding team and will be responsible for the end-to-end management of the onboarding process for private and institutional Wealth Management clients, ensuring compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements and the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing (AML/CFT) framework. This includes performing appropriate controls at client onboarding stage and during periodic reviews, in line with applicable local and international regulations. /p pThe candidate will also guarantee compliance with applicable regulations (AML/CFT, MiFID II, FATCA/CRS) and high operational quality standards. /p pThe role involves autonomy in handling moderately complex cases and continuous interaction with Front Office, Compliance, and other internal functions, contributing to the management of operational and reputational risks. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3KYC analysis and validation /h3 ul liCollect, verify and analyse identification documents and supporting evidence for prospects as part of the onboarding process, and perform reputational checks. /li liAssess client structures, including individuals, legal entities and their beneficial owners. /li liMonitor decisions made by the Client Acceptance and Monitoring Committee (CAC) and the remediation of missing documents. /li liIdentify high-risk clients, including Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs), sensitive jurisdictions and complex activities, for enhanced analysis by the Compliance teams. /li liEnsure that onboarding files are compliant, considering the calculated risk level.
/li /ul h3Ongoing monitoring /h3 ul liContribute to periodic reviews of client files in collaboration with the Relationship Management and Compliance teams, including the analysis of review forms and updated documentation, as well as control and validation through the client CRM tool. /li liHandle AML/CFT alerts generated on incoming and outgoing banking and financial transactions initiated by clients, including wire transfers and securities transfers, from analysis through to supporting documentation requests and resolution. /li /ul h3Regulatory compliance /h3 ul liApply internal policies and regulatory requirements, including AML, FATCA, CRS and sanctions-related obligations. /li liMonitor regulatory developments and contribute to the continuous improvement of procedures. /li /ul h3Internal collaboration /h3 ul liWork closely with the Relationship Management, Compliance. /li liHelp raise awareness among Relationship Management teams of their KYC/AML obligations. /li liParticipate in thematic committees and ad hoc cross-functional assignments relating to client file reviews. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul li2–5 years of experience in similar roles (in the banking sector/wealth management in compliance, client onboarding or KYC) /li liIn-depth knowledge of MiFID II, AML/KYC, FATCA/CRS regulations /li liProficiency in screening tools such as World-Check and Dow Jones /li liAnalytical mindset with a risk-based approach /li liRigour, attention to detail and analytical thinking /li liIntegrity and adherence to procedures /li liAbility to manage complex situations and make well-reasoned decisions. /li liAutonomy in handling requests /li liFlexibility, agility and teamwork /li liResponsiveness and reliability /li liExperience with HNWI/UHNWI clients /li liExperience managing complex structures (holdings, trusts, international setups) /li liItalian (mother tongue) - English (fluent) - French (preferable) /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
