The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating IT support activities within their geographical area, ensuring high service standards, the successful delivery of IT projects, and the effective management of team resources. This role serves as a key liaison between the business, central IT teams, and local stakeholders, with the objective of ensuring operational continuity, service excellence, and the successful adoption of technology solutions that support business needs. /ph3ACTIVITIES /h3h3People Management /h3ulliManages the team under his/her geographical perimeter /liliRecruit, coach, set objectives and appraise /liliDefine and maintain an evolution plan for his team /liliOrganize the shifts in order to ensure the required coverage /liliMaintain continuous relation with the Local HR department /liliOrganize the shifts in order to ensure the required coverage /li /ulh3Finance Management /h3ulliParticipate to the budget elaboration as well as the quarterly review /liliPrepare the inputs about the hardware / maintenance under his scope /liliPropose any necessary changes/amendments to the budget /li /ulh3Project Management /h3ulliParticipate to the project / activities roadmap definition and execution /liliCapture proactively the activities from the relevant entities / Group IT /liliBook the relevant resources in order to participate to the delivery in alignment with the Project Manager assigned /liliFollow and promote the Group IT project management methodology /li /ulh3Service Management /h3ulliMonitor and report about the delivery and support of the Business services in scope for his/her area /liliDetect and report proactively about any pattern or malfunction /liliProduce/share the KPI and maintain acceptable evolution trends /liliPromotes best practices and ensure "operational excellence" in agreement with Group IT and FSS standards /liliFollow (or seek for evolution) and promote the Group IT standards /li /ulh3REQUIREMENTS /h3ulliTechnical skills Intermediate knowledge of Windows OS, MacOS, Android and Mobile iOS /liliStrong knowledge of Microsoft O365 in particular MS Office and collaboration tools (Teams, Sharepoint, Onedrive) /liliBasic knowledge of Device MDM (Workspace1,Intune) /liliBasic knowledge of Active Directory and Identity and Management tools (Saviynt is a plus) /liliBasic knowledge of Networking (mainly Cisco) and voice solutions (mainly Teams PSTN) /liliExperience in Luxury Retail is a plus /liliProject Management You are organized and autonomous and have demonstrate solid communication and analytical skills, proactivity, and team spirit.
