PA/QA for Space Applications

The resource will support Product Assurance and Quality Assurance activities for space programs, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and industry standards throughout the product lifecycle.
About this vacancy:
- Manage non-conformities and corrective actions.
- Support root cause analysis and quality investigations.
- Monitor supplier quality performance and participate in audits.
- Support manufacturing, integration and testing quality activities.
- Track quality KPIs and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
What we expect from you:
- Degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Industrial or related Engineering fields.
- 3-5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Product Assurance or Supplier Quality roles.
- Knowledge of quality tools
- Familiarity with ISO 9001; ECSS knowledge is a plus.
- Experience with audits, non-conformance management and corrective actions.
What you can expect from us:
The position offers a permanent employment contract, with a minimum gross annual salary (RAL) of €35,000, in line with the Italian National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL) for Commerce, Tertiary Sector, Distribution and Services.
TMC is committed to offering a competitive compensation package and, at the end of the selection process,
will assess the candidate’s experience, skills and qualifications to determine a final salary that may exceed the minimum level indicated above.
In line with our business model, the final compensation package also includes a direct project profit-sharing component, an individual annual learning and development budget of €4,000 net, and an annual welfare allowance. Further details will be provided during the selection process, in accordance with current company policies.
