You lead enterprise customers from early discovery through pilot and production rollout, translating ambitious AI initiatives into clear scopes, executable plans, and measurable outcomes. You sit between the customer, Forward Deployed Engineers, and Product, ensuring everyone is aligned on what is being built, why it matters, and how it will succeed in production. /p pThis is a hands‑on role for people who enjoy ambiguity, ownership, and seeing complex projects through to the end. /p ul liEmbed deeply with customers to understand their processes and systems, identify the most important problems to solve, and obsess over helping them win. /li liLead discovery with enterprise customers to understand workflows, constraints, and success criteria. /li liDefine scope, success metrics, and integration plans for pilots and rollouts. /li liTranslate customer needs into clear deployment plans for engineering teams. /li liCoordinate deployments across Product, Engineering, and customer stakeholders. /li liTrack progress, manage risks, and remove blockers throughout the deployment. /li liSupport production launches and ensure solutions are adopted and working as intended. /li liMonitor deployed agents and drive follow‑up improvements based on real usage. /li liIdentify additional use cases and expansion opportunities with customers. /li /ul pYou will spend time onsite with customers,
