ph3Job Overview /h3 pMalaysian-based EPCC company specializing in EHV solutions is seeking skilled and experienced High Voltage Power Transmission Line Workers specializing in stringing works to join our team. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience working on high-voltage transmission lines, particularly familiar with all stringing activities on 330kV and above. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liAble to perform preparation works, paying out, jointing, clipping, tensioning, sagging, clamping, spacering, and jumpering for high-voltage transmission lines in compliance with safety and quality standards. /li liAble to operate and maintain stringing equipment, such as tensioners, pullers, and winches. /li liEnsure proper installation of insulator string fittings, conductors, OPGW, and earth wires as per project requirements. /li liWork at heights on lattice towers and monopoles. /li liAdhere to safety regulations, work procedures, and risk assessments to ensure a safe working environment. /li liFamiliar with all safety devices like full-body harness, double lanyard, fall protection system, lifelines, discharge wires, and discharge rods.
/li liCoordinate with site supervisors and engineers to execute work as per project timelines. /li liTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to stringing operations. /li /ul h3Qualifications Experience /h3 ul liMinimum 5-6 years of hands‑on experience in high‑voltage transmission line stringing works. /li liExperience in 330kV and above is preferable. /li liFluency in English. /li liFamiliarity with stringing techniques, tensioning methods, and safety procedures. /li liAbility to work at heights and in challenging environments. /li liKnowledge of electrical safety standards and best practices in transmission line construction. /li liPhysical fitness and ability to work in outdoor conditions. /li liWorking at Height certification is mandatory. /li liCertification in rigging, lifting, or power transmission is an advantage. /li liRelevant City Guild or any equivalent certification is extremely desirable. /li /ul h3Additional Requirements /h3 ul liWillingness to travel and work in remote project locations. /li liStrong teamwork and communication skills. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
