- Job description 1Your scope in Italy will include the office headquarter in Milan (where you’ll be based), a manufacturing plant and an R&D; facility and a team of 1-2 IT specialists. In case of need you will be ready to act as a direct support for the users. **Responsibilities**: - Lead IT operations in Milan, ensuring the effective integration of critical systems such as Microsoft Dynamics AX, CRM, Office 365, and EDI, to support business operations.
- Be the voice of the business and set all the new infrastructures for all new employees.
- Generate the right synergy with a strategic view in terms of flow in Italy.
- Manage relationships with external IT service partners, aligning their services with our strategic objectives and security requirements.
- Act as an advisor, aligning IT initiatives with business goals and leveraging technology to drive innovation and efficiency.
- Ensure IT governance, managing compliance with both global standards and local regulations, with a particular focus on security practices.
- In line with group strategy direct IT projects, including system upgrades and security enhancements, to create a scalable and secure IT infrastructure.
- Raise alerts and propose solutions to strengthen the processes.
- Manage a team of 1-2 IT specialists, give their objectives. **Profile**: - 3-5 years’ experience in IT management activities or similar with a strategic view, particularly in environments with strict security guidelines.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT topics is a plus.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics AX, CRM systems, Office 365, EDI
- Understanding of the OTC/pharma business sector is a plus
- Background in managing external IT service partners and ensuring their compliance with organizational security standards.
- Skills in cybersecurity practices and ability to implement group security guidelines
- Leadership skills, ability of steering cross-functional teams towards achieving strategic IT objectives
- Familiarity with the ITIL framework; ITIL certification is a plus
