We are looking for a motivated **Accounting Intern** to join our Finance team in our Milan HQ.

By incorporating **AI-driven tools** into our platform, we aim to help our clients work more efficiently, streamline their workflows, and remain competitive in an ever-evolving market **What you will do** Reporting to the Finance and Tax Manager, this internship provides a valuable opportunity to gain practical experience and develop skills in the accounting and finance field. It will comprise of general supporting in day-to-day accounting operations of our S.p.A Group. Specifically: - Collaborate on the management of daily administrative tasks, conducting routine checks to ensure that financial processes are running smoothly.
- Support Treasury activities.
- Help managing deadlines related to financial tasks.
- Order coordination, ensuring that orders are processed efficiently and accurately.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure proper flow of information.
- Archive and maintain organized administrative documents. **Personal profile**
- Diploma in Accounting or graduating/graduate in Economics or Management Engineering.
- Excellent knowledge of Excel.
- Precision and attention to detail.
- Time management and proactivity.
- Good command of written and spoken English. **Internship duration and compensation**: - The internship duration is **1 year**, structured as a 6-month initial period followed by a 6-month extension based on performance.
- Reimbursement: 1000€/gross/month + meal vouchers (8.00€/working day).
