Your role
- Supporting the management in all administrative and organizational matters.
- Coordinating and planning appointments, meetings, and events.
- Preparing and following up on presentations and reports.
- Close collaboration with various departments to ensure a seamless flow of information.
- Contributing to the implementation of projects and strategic initiatives.
Your Profile
- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification.
- Several years of professional experience in a similar position, ideally in a management support role.
- Excellent communication skills and an outstanding understanding of organization.
- Passion for efficient processes and continuous improvement.
- Fluent in German, Italian, and English; additional language skills are a plus.
