ppElectricity Automation Manager Manpower Lombardia, lombardia, Italy /p pFor an important client we are looking for: /p pJob Title: Electricity Automation Manager /p pLocation: Mantova /p pType: Permanent role, full-time /p pCompensation Package: CCNL Industria Alimentare, Quadro, gross annual base salary ****** /p h3Position Summary /h3 pProvide support for Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Electricity and Automation professional and technical operational activities and during participation in CAPEX projects; doing so in line with corporate guidelines, enforcing that all activities enhance business objectives, product quality and plant operation/performance while ensuring that people health and safety, product safety, and environment are never compromised.
/p h3Duties /h3 pParticipates in Capital Investments projects in the factory ensuring that the technical solution follows corporate and market standards and is delivered with the expected quality, being on time and in budget.
Responsibilities include: the preparation of the user and technical specifications, coordinating the requirements of the main users (production, quality, etc.), the follow up of the solution development, the pre-test, implementation and training of operators and maintenance crews.
Must fully understand the technical details of the MES and Electrical Automation solutions in all projects.
Ensure Process Equipment safety for people,
products and environment and that one exhibits an attitude of absolute intolerance for unsafe situations.
Participates in the implementation of engineering tools at site level and in the activities in the factory.
Ensures that all installations comply with market and corporate safety, health, environment, product safety and product quality standards.
Ensures that the key documentation is up to date and in place (i.e. SLD, URS, FDS, Calibration procedures, etc.).
Ensure the application of the market and local MES-EA related legislation (i.e. electrical, calibration, etc).
Play a key role in the continuous improvement of the factory through mastering the process and product characteristics and improve quality, safety and eôiciency.
/p h3Requirements /h3 ul liUniversity Degree in Electrical or Automation Engineering.
/li liFluency in Italian and English is required.
/li /ul ul liMinimum 3 years Automation and/or MES engineer with Electrical experience /li liPersonnel Supervision (of technical teams, contractors or other 3rd parties) /li liParticipation in the development of engineering projects as part of a multidisciplinary team (preferably including diôerent products and technologies in Electrical and Automation areas) /li liParticipation in the start-up of technical equipment(s) and/or production line(s) /li liSelf Management following defined KPIs/Objectives, and proactively tracking them /li liPreventive maintenance planning and/or maintenance execution /li /ul /p #J-*****-Ljbffr
