This means activating local groups, managing influencers and ambassadors, running events, and creating campaigns that move culture.You will also build and manage relationships with brands and partners, working closely with them to launch sponsored collaborations that drive participation and visibility.You Will Own• User acquisition and referral loops• Ambassador and micro-influencer programs• Partnerships with local communities, events, and brands• Brand and partner relationships,
from outreach to ongoing account management• Sponsored collaborations and campaign activation• Social media pages, content, tone of voice, and posting cadence• Onboarding and retention improvementsWhat We’re Looking For• You’ve grown a community-driven or consumer product• You know how to turn outreach into real engagement• You are confident building and maintaining relationships with brands and partners• Comfortable running both online and real-world activations• Creative, scrappy, proactive, and accountable• You use AI daily to move faster (content, outreach, research, automation)• Experience in events, influencer marketing, partnerships, or startup environments is a plusWhy JoinThis is a founding-level role with real ownership.
