Would you like to continue developing your career in Strategy & Innovation within a global company operating in the air transport and technology sector, working directly with senior executives and contributing to high-impact strategic decisions?Verifichi che le sue competenze e la sua esperienza corrispondano ai requisiti di questo ruolo, quindi si candidi con il suo CV qui sotto.At Oxigent Technologies, we are looking for a Senior Manager - Strategy & Innovation to join a strategic growth and innovation team based in Barcelona.Your mission will be to lead corporate and operational strategy initiatives and support the strategic management, aimed at accelerating high-impact projects across the organisation.What will your main responsibilities be?Lead CxO-level strategy and innovation programmes, from problem definition to final recommendations.Develop strategic roadmaps, business cases, blueprints and executive presentations.Coordinate multiple workstreams, defining priorities, governance, resources and milestones.Advise and influence senior executives and key stakeholders across different business units and regions.Identify business, technology and industry trends and translate them into strategic opportunities.Mentor and support the development of managers, analysts and junior team members.What will you need?At least 5 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, innovation or business transformation.Experience within a Tier 1 strategy consulting firm (e.g. McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Kearney, Oliver Wyman,
