For an important project in the Aerospace sector, we are looking for a Software Engineer with experience in the development of safety-critical embedded software.

About this vacancy
Embedded real-time software development in C.
Definition of software requirements and architectures.
Software/hardware integration and testing activities.
Support for certification according to aerospace standards.
Analysis and resolution of technical issues during the development cycle.
What we expect from you
Degree in Aeronautical, Electronic, Computer Engineering or similar.
Excellent knowledge of C and the DO-178C standard.
Experience with safety-critical systems (DAL A/B).
Knowledge of ARINC429, CAN Bus, and software testing processes.
Good knowledge of English.
What you can expect from us
The position offers a permanent contract, and the base gross annual salary (RAL) offered will not be less than €35,000, in line with the provisions of the CCNL Commercio - Terziario,

TMC is committed to offering a competitive remuneration package, and at the end of the recruitment process, based on the candidate's experiences, skills, and qualifications, may propose a final RAL higher than the level indicated above.
In accordance with our business model, the final remuneration package also includes a component of direct participation in project profits (profit sharing), an individual budget for skills development of €4,000 net per year, and annual welfare credit. Further details will be provided during the selection process, in compliance with current company policies.
