For a multinational company operating in a dynamic and international environment, we are seeking a commercial professional to lead enterprise account acquisition, drive regional growth, and strengthen long‑term partnerships across the EMEA region. The role combines structured hunting activities, strategic farming, and cross‑regional coordination, playing a central part in expanding market presence, increasing recurring revenue, and supporting commercial initiatives across multiple countries.
About the role
In this position, you will hold end‑to‑end commercial responsibility for large corporate clients across EMEA. You will combine a strong hunting mindset, identifying, pitching, and winning new enterprise‑level accounts, with structured farming capabilities, scaling long‑term revenue through renewals, cross‑selling, and upselling.
You will collaborate closely with international sales teams, operations, service delivery, and senior stakeholders to manage complex accounts, negotiate multi‑country agreements, and ensure consistent execution across markets.
The role requires strong commercial acumen, negotiation excellence, international exposure, and the ability to operate in fast‑evolving environments.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Proactively target, engage, and acquire new Enterprise / Large Corporate accounts across key EMEA markets.
- Execute structured outbound strategies and multi‑level corporate pitches.
- Lead complex negotiations to secure new long‑term agreements.
Account Expansion & Retention
- Manage and expand a portfolio of strategic international accounts.
- Execute account plans to drive upselling and cross‑selling of service subscriptions.
- Strengthen long‑term relationships and maximize Net Retention Rate (NRR).
C‑Level Engagement
- Build long‑term relationships with senior decision‑makers (CFOs, Facility Managers, Procurement Directors, Operations VPs).
