️ MAX STREICHER S.p.A. is a leading EPC contractor operating in the Oil & Gas sector (pipelines & plants), headquartered in Parma, Italy, and active on complex projects both in Italy and internationally. ️ **Posizione**:
We are currently looking for a **Pre-Commissioning Manager** to join our project in **The Netherlands**, involving the mechanical construction of a **bio-refinery plant** for a leading international client. The role is site-based and will be responsible for the overall planning, coordination and execution of pre-commissioning activities, ensuring alignment with project requirements, technical standards and client expectations. Key responsibilities include: - Define and implement the Pre-Commissioning strategy and execution plan, including procedures and method statements for Client approval
- Lead and coordinate all pre-commissioning activities by system and subsystem, ensuring readiness for Mechanical Completion and handover
- Manage resources, tools and subcontractors, overseeing execution and ensuring compliance with project specifications and timelines
- Supervise testing activities on piping systems, equipment and related interfaces (flushing, hydrotesting, leak testing, etc.)
- Monitor progress, punch lists and close-out activities, ensuring timely completion and proper turnover to commissioning
- Interface with Client and stakeholders,



including site walkthroughs and validation of procedures (SIMOPS, permits, partial handover)
- Ensure proper documentation and preparation of Mechanical Completion dossiers, maintaining full traceability of tests, inspections and activities **- Requisiti**: - Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent technical background)
- 10+ years of experience in Pre-Commissioning / Commissioning roles, including team coordination responsibilities
- Proven experience in EPC industrial projects such as refineries, petrochemical, power, gas or biofuel plants
- Strong knowledge of piping systems and pre-commissioning activities
- Familiarity with completion, handover and turnover processes
- Good knowledge of international codes and standards (e.g. ASME B31.3, PED, DVGW)
- Strong organisational, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in English (minimum B2 level).
- Knowledge of Italian is considered a plus. **- Altre informazioni**:
