ppBased in our office in Carpi (MO), we are looking for a talented Apparel Graphic Design Coordinator to join our Team and play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our collections.
/p pThis position represents an exciting opportunity for a creative and strategic professional eager to contribute to the evolution of our brand through innovative, trend-driven, and commercially relevant graphic solutions.
/p pThe candidate will be responsible for coordinating and developing graphic concepts for apparel collections, ensuring consistency with brand positioning, market trends, and product strategy.
Working closely with Design Team, Product, Development, Marketing, and Merchandising teams, the Apparel Collection Designer Coordinator will translate strong visual storytelling into product-applicable solutions across multiple categories.
/p h3CORE RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 ul liGenerate original and creative graphic concepts, translating strong visual ideas into product-ready solutions.
/li liCoordinate the graphic development of apparel collections and accessories from concept to final execution, ensuring alignment with seasonal direction and brand DNA.
/li liCollaborate closely with Product Designers, Developers, Merchandising, and Marketing teams to ensure consistency between graphic direction, product construction, and brand positioning.
/li liWork with the creative director in finding the right trends in terms of graphics, fonts, techniques, all overs for all genders (Apparel and Accessories) /li liCollaborate closely with Product Designers, Developers, Merchandising, and Marketing teams to ensure consistency between graphic direction, product construction, and brand positioning.
/li liReview and validate graphic applications on prototypes and final samples, ensuring quality, legibility, and accuracy across different fabrics and surfaces.
/li liUtilize advanced design software and Artificial Intelligence to produce high-quality mockups, simulations, and visual presentations.
/li liAble to make artworks, jpg, png, production schemes and work with the suppliers /li liEnsure timely delivery of creative outputs in line with seasonal calendars and development milestones.
/li /ul h3QUALIFICATIONS /h3 ul liDegree in Graphic Design, Fashion Design, Product Design, Industrial Design, or related field.
/li liMinimum 5–7 years of progressive experience as a Product Graphic Designer or Apparel Graphic Designer, preferably within the fashion, lifestyle, or sportswear industry /li liStrong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); good working knowledge of PowerPoint.
/li liUse of Artificial intelligence for designing graphics /li liSolid understanding of materials, printing techniques, embellishments, and apparel manufacturing processes.
/li liProven ability to develop patterns, illustrations, graphics, and logos tailored for apparel products.
/li liStrong aesthetic sensibility and attention to detail, with a passion for visual storytelling and brand building.
/li liCollaborative, flexible, and solution-oriented mindset with strong coordination skills.
/li liAbility to balance creativity with commercial awareness, delivering innovative yet market-relevant designs.
/li liFluency in English, both written and spoken.
