/ppReporting to the bHR Director Europe /b and the bHead of Learning Development /b, the role will oversee Learning Development activities for bItaly /b (hands-on management of local processes) and serve as the point of reference in bdeploying global initiatives /b across the bEMEA region /b.
/ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliAssess training needs and design/implement learning and development programs.
/liliAct as the reference point for the bperformance appraisal /b process and employee development.
/liliPartner with managers to identify internal talent, define career paths and support bsuccession planning /b.
/liliDevelop strategies to improve btalent retention /b and strengthen employee engagement.
/liliMonitor key talent metrics and provide insights to support decision-making.
/liliStay up to date on HR/LD trends and best practices.
/li /ulh3Requirements /h3ullib5+ years /b of experience in bTalent Management Development /b within international, structured organizations.
/liliStrong knowledge of performance management systems and key development initiatives.
/liliProven experience using and maintaining complex HR systems (e.g., bSuccessFactors /b, Google Suite).
/lilibFluent English /b; bFrench /b is a plus.
/li /ulh3Location Travel /h3ullibSan Cesario sul panaro /b (1 day/week smart working).
/liliAvailability to travel approximately bone week every two months /b.

/liliIndicative salary package: b€50,000-€60,000 gross annual /b, based on experience, plus b10% variable /b and a bproduction premio /b.
