ph3Responsibilities /h3 ul liAs the Manager, People Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic people initiatives and day-to-day HR support for our Pharmacy teams /li liThis role reports into the People team and serves as the primary People Partner to the Chief Pharmacy and Logistics Officer and their leadership team, helping align business goals with talent strategies /li liActing as a trusted and collaborative advisor, you will build strong relationships across functions, bring sound judgment to complex employee matters, and ensure alignment with broader People team programs and policies /li liYou will champion high performance and engagement, and help leaders navigate organizational change and employee relations with clarity, consistency and pragmatism /li liYou thrive in fast-paced environments, bring thoughtful partnership to leaders at all levels, and approach challenges with a solutions-oriented mindset that builds trust and drives progress /li liServe as a trusted, collaborative People Partner to the Chief Pharmacy and Logistics Officer and their leadership team /li liPartner closely with business leaders to align people strategies with operational objectives, ensuring business outcomes are met /li liDrive employee engagement, performance enablement, talent development, and organizational design initiatives across the pharmacy function /li liCoach managers on performance management, feedback delivery, team development practices, progressive discipline, and conflict resolution, ensuring consistency with company practices and principles /li liFoster a positive and compliant employee relations environment through proactive communication and fair application of policies /li liLead employee relations matters end-to-end, including conducting prompt, thorough, and impartial investigations; documenting findings; assessing risk; and recommending appropriate actions in alignment with company policies and employment law /li liCollaborate with Performance Growth, Compensation, Recruiting,
and Legal to implement and adapt programs to meet the needs of the pharmacy sites and Logistics teams /li liSupport organizational change initiatives and guide leadership through growth, restructuring, and transitions /li liAnalyze employee data and trends to develop proactive solutions that drive positive outcomes /li liAct as a culture ambassador, fostering an inclusive, compliant, and high-performing environment across all supported teams /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 ul liMedical, dental, and vision membership /li liEquity for all team members /li liFlexible time off /li liPaid parental leave, and flexible work arrangement /li liWell-stocked office with snacks and bi-weekly free lunches /li liGym, learning, and development stipends /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liExcellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills /li liProven ability to develop trust-based partnerships with leaders and influence across levels of the organization /li liExperience working with UKG (HRIS system) is a plus /li liFlexibility to occasionally adjust schedule to support evening or off-shift employees, including periodic onsite presence outside standard business hours /li liComfort working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment with autonomy and accountability /li liStrong experience in employee relations, organizational effectiveness, and performance enablement /li liWorking knowledge of employment law (especially Illinois, California, and Florida); experience in pharmacy or warehouse environments is a plus /li li5-7 years of progressive HR/People Partner experience, including support for operations, warehouse, or frontline teams /li liDemonstrated success supporting geographically dispersed teams, including multiple on-site locations and remote populations /li liExperience with OSHA regulations or workplace safety programs in pharmacy, healthcare, warehouse, or logistics environments preferred /li liWillingness and ability to travel regularly (approximately 10 times per year) to pharmacy sites and/or headquarters /li /ul /p #J-*****-Ljbffr
