ColonnaCaramanti is seeking a professional with at least 5 years of specific experience in corporate control functions, including Boards of Statutory Auditors, 231 Supervisory Bodies and legal audit engagements. Current or previous appointments will be regarded as a distinctive asset.
The role is built around the Firm's core practice. Our professionals hold positions in Boards of Statutory Auditors, Supervisory Bodies and Boards of Directors of Italian and international groups, including listed companies and entities supervised by financial authorities. The successful candidate will work within this portfolio from day one, preparing and attending board and committee meetings, drafting minutes and reports, planning and performing the periodic controls required by law and managing information flows with directors, auditors and supervisory authorities. The position requires solid command of corporate law and governance regulation.
Responsibility grows with demonstrated reliability,
from technical support to autonomous management of engagements and, progressively, appointments held in the candidate's own name within the Firm's network.
