Our leading technology and strong market position enable us to achieve growth targets in the energy transition across current and growing market segments such as hydrogen, data centers and e-mobility. /p h3How you’ll make an impact /h3 pEvaluating, selecting and applying standard techniques, procedures and criteria to perform tasks for conventional projects with few complex features. /p pActing as a design authority for a particular engineering discipline. /p pCollaborating on project installation, commissioning and site activities, clarifying potential issues and providing technical support. /p pAssisting in creating proposals for projects through coordination of proposal documents and engineering estimates and performing risk analysis before submitting proposals.
/p pOverseeing the creation of subcontract and managing subcontractors jointly with other involved functions, including supply chain management. /p pEnsuring engineering activities comply with required safety regulations and contractual requirements. /p pLeading and coordinating teams in all engineering disciplines (both in-house and outsourced) on low complexity projects. Leading single or multi-discipline engineering teams of less than 5 people. /p h3Your Background /h3 pBachelor’s Degree/Master’s Degre in Electrical/Energy/Mechanical Engineering or similar field. /p p5/7 years of relevant previous work experience in GIS (gas insulated switchgear) and/or AIS (air insulated switchgear) and/or EPC power plants. /p pAble to work with different and multiple stakeholders, proven expertise in coordination of projects and people. /p pStrong interpersonal and communication skills /p pExcellent teamwork and problem-solving skills /p pProficiency in both written and spoken English and Italian /p h3More about us /h3 pWe believegreat workthrives in an environment where people feel genuinely supported andfairly rewarded.
