Job Description
ensure the workplace is functional, and efficient by managing office maintenance, security, vendor relations, and space planning.
oversee the new cars request, assignments, maintenance, safety, and return of company cars, optimizing for cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
Key duties include managing vehicle request, scheduling maintenance, enforcing safety policies, ensuring regulatory compliance.
ensuring everyday administrative and office related support, working collaboratively with colleagues of Milano office and of the whole KVI Group
Coordinate purchase requests, invoices, and other administrative processes in collaboration with internal stakeholders and suppliers
Qualifications
Fluent knowledge of English is mandatory (other languages will be considered as a plus)
3+ years administrative or project related support ideally in an international matrix organization
Experience of planning and organizing own workload, dealing with conflicting priorities and skilled in flexibly switching between tasks, often at short notice
Using initiative and discretion to action items requiring immediate attention and timely, appropriately referring matters on to others
Good oral and written communication skills, including experience of using a variety of communication methods
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and experience of working with database entry and maintenance.

Compensation
