Stranger Soccer is expanding globally and is looking for an Operator & License Owner to launch, manage, and grow our football platform in Milan.
This is not a conventional management job—it's an opportunity to build and operate your own local football operation while making football more accessible in your city.
As an Operator & License Owner, you'll lead the growth of Stranger Soccer in Milan—from building local partnerships and managing operations to growing an active community of players.
You'll have the freedom to shape the local operation while benefiting from the systems, expertise, and support of our Singapore headquarters.
Recruit, coordinate, and support Official Hosts and local team members
Oversee game operations and deliver an outstanding player experience
Identify opportunities to improve and expand the local operation
You'll receive support from our Singapore headquarters,



including:
A technology platform for app, payments, and operations
Proven operating systems and processes
Ongoing guidance across operations, marketing, and growth
Passion for football and a strong understanding of the local football community
Experience managing operations and delivering measurable results
Background in operations, community management, or customer experience
Make a lasting impact on the local football community
