To strengthen our international presence, we are looking for a highly autonomous and results-driven professional , operating as a self-employed freelance collaborator , for the role of Overseas Territory Manager (Freelance – VAT Registered).
Role Overview
The Overseas Territory Manager , operating under a freelance/VAT-registered contract , manages business development activities in assigned foreign territories, with full organizational autonomy.
The collaboration is structured in accordance with the European Commercial Agency guidelines , ensuring:
- autonomy in time management and activity planning,
- performance-based remuneration,
- compliance with EU transparency requirements for agreements with self-employed agents.
The professional represents Tecno-Gaz in the assigned markets, contributing to sales growth, distributor development, brand positioning, and market competitiveness.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and strengthen the distribution network in the assigned area.
- Prepare and manage the sales budget in coordination with the Overseas Director.
- Set annual sales objectives for distributors and support them in achieving results.
- Propose and implement local marketing initiatives aligned with brand strategy.
- Organize and deliver product training for end-users and partners.
- Coordinate participation in international fairs and events.
- Monitor customer payments and report any critical issues.
- Collect, analyze, and report on market trends and competitor activities.
- Contribute to product range evolution by sharing feedback from end-users and distributors.
- Supervise and support after-sales activities as needed, ensuring effective communication with customers.
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in one or more of the following languages: German end English .
- Knowledge of Italian is a plus.
- Strong business development and strategic marketing skills.
- Previous experience in selling or distributing dental/medical equipment is preferred.
- Strong goal orientation and respect for timelines.
- High autonomy, problem-solving attitude, and proactivity.
- Customer-oriented mindset and long-term relationship-building skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in multicultural environments.
