ppAs Safety Database Associate, you support pharmacovigilance systems and tools to ensure compliant, efficient safety management. You will configure and maintain PV platforms, assist with validation and documentation, and train users across affiliates and providers. The role blends system administration with cross-functional collaboration to enable timely safety communications. This is an opportunity to contribute to patient safety through robust data and compliant processes at Recordati. /pulliConfigure and maintain PV systems and tools (e.g., Oracle Argus, Veeva Vault, Group SharePoint) /liliEnsure system updates comply with current legislation and internal SOPs/WIs /liliProvide user support and training to internal departments, Affiliates and Providers /liliSupport validation activities,
including test executions and documentation maintenance /liliPrepare SOPs and Work Instructions for PV processes /liliImplement new system functionalities and adapt configurations to new requirements /liliAt least 6 months of experience in a similar role in a pharmaceutical company or basic PV knowledge /liliFamiliarity with CSV/Data Integrity principles /liliKnowledge of Pharmacovigilance safety databases (e.g., Oracle Argus); familiarity with Qdocs or similar systems (e.g., Veeva) is a plus /liliGood command of English (written and spoken) /liliAbility to work in a team and meet deadlines /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
