Head Watersports
HEAD is looking for a Logistics Specialist to join our Sportswear team in Milan.
Operating from our Milan HQ, the team manages both the HEAD Sportswear category (Tennis and Ski apparel) and Le Col, our premium cycling apparel brand.
We are seeking a candidate to support and coordinate day-to-day logistics operations for both brands. In this role, you will work closely with internal teams, warehouses, carriers, and logistics partners.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily inbound and outbound logistics activities and customer deliveries.
- Coordinate shipments with warehouses, carriers, freight forwarders and 3PL partners.
- Monitor orders from release to delivery, proactively managing delays and operational issues.
- Ensure accuracy of shipping documentation and logistics data.
- Support returns, claims, delivery discrepancies and stock reconciliation activities.
- Monitor logistics KPIs, lead times and transportation costs.
- Work closely with Sales Operations, Customer Service, Finance and Planning teams.
- Support process improvements and seasonal business peaks.
Profile
- 3 to 5 years of experience in logistics and supply chain.
- Good knowledge of transportation, warehouse and order-to-delivery processes.
- Experience with international shipping, 3PL warehouses and customs procedures.
- Knowledge of UK logistics dynamics and regulations is a plus.
- Good knowledge of Excel and ERP systems (SAP)
- Fluent in Italian and good command of English.
- Experience in sportswear, fashion, apparel or consumer goods is considered a plus.

Position Details
- Location: Milan
- Working hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
- Contract: Permanent (Tempo indeterminato)
- RAL: €45.000 – 50.000
