/p h3Key Responsibilities: /h3 ul liDrive business growth and expand the Cbonds presence in the local financial market.
/li libConduct in-person meetings /b with prospective clients (banks, asset management firms, brokers, insurance companies, and private investors).
/li liCollect, analyze, and structure market feedback to help tailor our product offerings to the local market needs.
/li liEstablish long-term strategic partnerships with local financial institutions.
/li liManage full-cycle sales processes and maintain strong client relationships.
/li /ul h3Requirements: /h3 ul libLanguage Proficiency: /b C1/C2 (Fluent) in bItalian, Russian, and English /b.
/li libWork Authorization: /b Valid work permit/residence permit in Italy (mandatory).
/li libEducation: /b Degree in Finance, Financial Markets, Economics, or a related field (strongly preferred).
/li libExperience: /b Background in B2B sales, client relations, or account management within the financial services sector is a strong plus.
/li liStrong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills.
/li liProactive mindset, self-discipline, and a strong drive to build a career in financial tech.
