pPosition Summary /ppWe are looking for an experienced strongEUC Support / Field IT Support Engineer /strong to provide onsite technical support for end users, desktops, laptops, peripherals, and IT infrastructure. The engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, user support, device configuration, installations, and maintaining IT assets at the site. /ppKey Responsibilities /pulliProvide strongLevel 1/Level 2 onsite EUC and desktop support /strong to end users. /liliTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to strongdesktops, laptops, monitors, printers, scanners, mobile devices, and other peripherals /strong. /liliPerform hardware installation, configuration, replacement, and troubleshooting. /liliInstall and configure strongWindows operating systems, applications, drivers, and security tools /strong. /liliSupport strongMicrosoft 365 / Office 365 /strong, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and other Microsoft applications. /liliPerform user account, password, and access-related troubleshooting in coordination with the appropriate teams. /liliSupport strongActive Directory, Azure AD / Entra ID /strong, Group Policy, and basic endpoint administration. /liliTroubleshoot network connectivity issues including strongLAN, Wi-Fi, DHCP, DNS, VPN, and IP configuration /strong. /liliPerform device imaging, OS deployment, software installation, patching, and endpoint configuration. /liliSupport endpoint management platforms such as strongSCCM/MECM, Intune, Ivanti /strong, or similar tools. /liliHandle IT asset stronginstallation, inventory, tagging, validation, movement, and decommissioning /strong. /liliProvide hands-and-feet support for network and infrastructure teams when required. /liliAssist with strongserver room / network room activities /strong, including basic cable tracing, patching, labeling, and equipment validation.
/liliSupport IT projects such as strongdevice refresh, office moves, hardware rollouts, migrations, and site deployments /strong. /liliCoordinate with remote infrastructure, network, security, and application teams for issue resolution. /liliMaintain accurate records of incidents, requests, assets, and activities in the strongITSM/ticketing system /strong. /liliFollow defined strongSLA, ITIL, security, and operational procedures /strong. /liliPrepare activity reports and provide regular status updates to the onsite/remote management team. /li /ulpRequired Technical Skills /pulliStrong knowledge of strongWindows 10/11 desktop and laptop troubleshooting /strong. /liliHands-on experience with strongMicrosoft Office / Microsoft 365 /strong. /liliKnowledge of strongActive Directory / Azure AD (Entra ID) /strong. /liliBasic understanding of strongLAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN, and Wi-Fi troubleshooting /strong. /liliExperience with strongdesktop hardware and peripheral troubleshooting /strong. /liliKnowledge of strongSCCM/MECM, Intune, Ivanti, or other endpoint management tools /strong. /liliExperience with strongOS imaging, deployment, and software installation /strong. /liliFamiliarity with ITSM tools such as strongServiceNow, Jira, Remedy, or similar platforms /strong. /liliBasic knowledge of network devices such as strongswitches, routers, access points, and firewalls /strong is preferred. /liliAbility to perform onsite stronghardware replacement, cabling, asset validation, and equipment installation /strong. /li /ulpbr / /ppbr / /ppNote- strongBackfill Engineer – IT Support /strong /ppBackfill requirement for an IT Support Engineer to ensure uninterrupted IT support and site operations. The engineer will handle day-to-day user support, troubleshooting of hardware/software issues, network connectivity, system access, and other IT-related incidents. /p
