For more information, visit /ph3Main duties and responsibilities /h3ulliVerify and refund Tax Free Forms to international travellers /liliEnsure a satisfactory experience for our customers /liliPrevent refunding mistakes and fraud /liliPrepare reports as needed /liliObserve Global Blue and Merchant's policies, guidelines and procedures /li /ulh3Main KPIs /h3ulliNumber of refunded transactions /liliRefunding mistake ratio /liliReporting and collaboration /liliReporting line: Issuing Refund Coordinator /liliMainly cooperates with: /liliPeers at same and other Refund/Downtown Points /liliQuality Assurance /liliProcessing Refund Security Manager /liliMerchants' staff /liliSales organization /li /ulh3Background and Education /h3ulliUniversity degree /liliHelpful: a commercial background /liliHelpful: experience in face to face customer contact /liliHelpful: experience in managing tills /liliHelpful: airport, retail or front office experience /liliHelpful: customer service experience /li /ulh3Specific skills and knowledge /h3ulliMust be fluent in English.
