ph3ABOUT THE ROLE – Electrical Engineer /h3pWe are looking for an bElectrical Engineer /b to join an important bOil Gas /b project. /ppReporting to the bJacket Engineering Coordinator /b, the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the design, engineering, installation, testing and commissioning of electrical systems and equipment for Oil Gas facilities, ensuring compliance with applicable standards, project specifications and safety requirements throughout all project phases. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliReview and contribute to the design of electrical power distribution systems, including bLV, MV and HV /b systems. /liliReview bSingle Line Diagrams (SLDs), load lists, cable schedules, grounding and lighting layouts /b. /liliReview electrical equipment selection, including transformers, switchgear, MCCs, UPS, batteries and motors. /liliSupport electrical system studies such as bload flow, short circuit, arc flash and protection coordination /b. /liliEnsure compliance with applicable industry standards, including bIEC, NEC, IEEE, API, NEMA and ATEX /b. /li /ulh3Project Execution Procurement /h3ulliReview vendor documentation and technical specifications. /liliPrepare bMaterial Requisitions (MRs), Technical Bid Evaluations (TBEs) /b and equipment datasheets. /liliInterface with Engineering, Procurement and Construction teams to ensure proper integration of electrical systems with other disciplines. /liliSupport technical clarification and coordination activities with vendors and suppliers. /liliSupervise electrical installation activities and verify compliance with approved designs and project standards. /liliSupport inspection, testing and pre-commissioning of electrical equipment. /liliParticipate in bFATs (Factory Acceptance Tests) /b and bSATs (Site Acceptance Tests) /b.



/liliSupport troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues during installation and commissioning. /li /ulh3Operations Maintenance /h3ulliProvide technical support to Operations teams for troubleshooting and maintenance activities. /liliReview condition-monitoring data, including bIR thermography and insulation resistance tests /b. /liliParticipate in root cause analysis of electrical failures. /liliSupport activities aimed at maintaining asset integrity and optimizing electrical system performance throughout the asset lifecycle. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ullibBachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering /b or equivalent qualification. /liliAt least b5 years of professional experience /b in the relevant discipline after obtaining the university degree. /liliPrevious experience in electrical engineering activities within the bOil Gas sector /b, preferably in onshore and/or offshore environments. /liliIn-depth knowledge of electrical design for Oil Gas facilities. /liliGood knowledge of bhazardous area classification /b and electrical equipment selection. /liliExperience with electrical system modelling software such as bETAP, SKM or DIgSILENT /b. /liliGood understanding of electrical protection systems, earthing, lighting and lightning protection. /liliKnowledge of relevant international standards and regulations. /liliStrong analytical, coordination and communication skills. /lilibExcellent spoken and written English /b, with proven ability to prepare technical reports. /liliStrong technical background in Electrical Engineering.



/liliAbility to work effectively within multidisciplinary engineering teams. /liliGood understanding of the full project lifecycle, from engineering and procurement through construction and commissioning. /liliProblem-solving and troubleshooting skills. /liliAttention to detail and strong technical documentation skills. /liliAbility to coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Vendor teams. /liliSafety-oriented approach, particularly in hazardous Oil Gas environments. /li /ulpThe salary for this role ranges from b€40.000 to €50.000 /b /ppThe position is governed by the bNational Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for the Commerce and Tertiary Sector /b applied by our company. /ppThe final salary within the stated range will be determined based on the candidate's technical skills, relevant experience in the role, and the outcome of the selection process, using objective and neutral criteria. /ppIn exceptional cases, where a candidate's profile significantly exceeds the requirements associated with the stated salary range, a review of the compensation may be considered, subject to internal approval. /ph3The world needs you /h3pAGAP2 is an equal opportunities employer: we believe that all forms of diversity are a source of mutual enrichment.
