Since 2018, Agap2 Italia has been operating nationwide in the following sectors: bEnergy, Oil Gas, Steel, Hydrogen, Power Generation and Construction. /b /p h3ABOUT THE ROLE – Commissioning Engineer /h3 pWe are looking for a bCommissioning Engineer /b to join an important bOil Gas /b project. /p pReporting to the bHook-Up Commissioning Superintendent /b, the successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing and overseeing the commissioning and start-up of bmechanical, electrical, instrumentation, piping and process systems /b, ensuring that all systems are tested, verified and safely handed over to Operations in accordance with project requirements, client standards and HSE policies. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Planning Preparation /h3 ul liDevelop commissioning procedures, test packs and system completion dossiers. /li liDefine commissioning scope, resources, tools, consumables and execution sequences. /li liReview and align engineering deliverables, including bPIDs, SLDs, Cause Effect charts and loop diagrams /b. /li liCoordinate with Engineering, Construction, Vendors and Operations to ensure a smooth transition into commissioning. /li liPerform and supervise Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning activities on: /li libMechanical: /b pumps, compressors, vessels and rotating/static equipment. /li libElectrical: /b switchgear, transformers, MCCs, UPS and generators. /li libInstrumentation: /b control loops, transmitters and DCS/PLC logic verification. /li libPiping: /b flushing, leak testing and system pressurization. /li libProcess: /b functional and performance testing, utilities and process start-up. /li liMonitor system energization, punch list clearance and system walkdowns.
/li liEnsure safe execution in accordance with bPTW, LOTO and SIMOPS /b procedures. /li /ul h3System Handover /h3 ul liParticipate in bMechanical Completion /b, Pre-Start-Up Safety Reviews (PSSR) and client sign-offs. /li liVerify final documentation, red-marked drawings, calibration reports and test certificates. /li liSupport performance testing, reliability runs and facility stabilization. /li /ul h3HSE Compliance /h3 ul liEnsure compliance with commissioning safety standards. /li liParticipate in bHAZID, HAZOP and risk assessment /b activities. /li liConduct toolbox talks and ensure adherence to PTW and isolation procedures. /li liReport incidents and support root cause analysis when required. /li /ul h3Coordination Interface /h3 ul liLiaise with Construction, QA/QC, Vendors, Subcontractors and Operations to ensure schedule alignment. /li liManage bCategory A, B and C punch lists /b, system readiness and progress reporting. /li liInterface with software and instrumentation vendors during control system testing and tuning. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul libBachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering /b or equivalent qualification. /li liAt least b8 years of professional experience /b in the relevant discipline after obtaining the university degree. /li liPrevious experience in bCommissioning and Start-Up activities within Oil Gas or industrial facilities /b. /li liStrong knowledge of commissioning methodologies and applicable standards, including bAPI, IEC, ASME and ISO /b.
/li liExcellent ability to read and interpret bPIDs, loop diagrams, Cause Effect matrices and logic diagrams /b. /li liExperience coordinating multidisciplinary commissioning teams and resolving field issues under pressure. /li liExperience with commissioning management systems such as bICAPS, WinPCS, CMS /b or equivalent. /li liExcellent analytical, communication and reporting skills. /li libExcellent written and spoken English /b, with proven ability to prepare technical reports. /li /ul pThe salary for this role ranges from b€40.000 to €50.000 /b /p pThe position is governed by the bNational Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for the Commerce and Tertiary Sector /b applied by our company. /p pThe final salary within the stated range will be determined based on the candidate's technical skills, relevant experience in the role, and the outcome of the selection process, using objective and neutral criteria. /p pIn exceptional cases, where a candidate's profile significantly exceeds the requirements associated with the stated salary range, a review of the compensation may be considered, subject to internal approval. /p pThe world needs you /p pAGAP2 is an equal opportunities employer: we believe that all forms of diversity are a source of mutual enrichment.
