Saipem Offshore Construction (SOC) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Saipem S.p.A.
SOC brings together all operational activities in Italy related to fabrication, technical services, maintenance, and logistics, providing essential support for the execution of offshore construction and offshore wind projects.
Purpose of the position:
As 2nd offshore construction shift supervisor you will be part of the ABSER/OFOP/VECOP.
How can you support us?

- Perform work activities safely and in compliance with applicable regulations and procedures.
- Keep the Senior Supervisor informed of any significant changes in the operational status.
- Ensure that all equipment used by the project team is maintained in satisfactory operating condition, including performance and maintenance aspects.
- Ensure compliance with the reporting requirements defined in Saipem project documentation.
- Ensure that all personnel involved in the operation receive adequate training and supervision to effectively carry out their assigned tasks.
What are we looking for?
Aged between 19 and 27 years.
Higher Technical Institute (ITS) diploma in one of the following fields: Logistics and Transportation, Nautical Studies, Construction, Environment and Territory, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Energy.
Good command of the English language.
What else should you know?
Some travelling will be expected within Worldwide.
