The role is accountable for driving the design, implementation, and evolution of global ESM solutions across the Automotive Division’s global footprint.brstrongMain Responsibilitiesbr/strongulliLead the design, implementation, and optimization of ESM services, workflows, and ITIL processes. /liliManage and standardize the divisional Service Catalogue across regions /liliDevelop and maintain integrations with key systems (SharePoint, Azure AD, SAP, APIs) and drive automation initiatives /liliOversee global administration of ESM and Confluence platforms, ensuring performance, governance, and effective knowledge management /liliCollaborate with regional teams (Europe, Americas, Asia) on KPI alignment, process compliance, and local rollouts /liliDesign and maintain dashboards and reports for SLAs, automation, and performance monitoring. /liliEnsure adherence to ITIL best practices, security standards, and continuous improvement goals /liliServe as subject matter expert and advisor for ESM and Confluence,
