Italy by establishing a dedicated distributor network and
strengthening local market coverage. Operating within a highly

partnerships, expand market presence, and drive sustainable
commercial growth.
Job Role The Country Manager – Italy will be
responsible for leading the company's residential energy storage
business across the Italian market. This role focuses on building
and managing distributor channels, developing strategic customer
relationships, and driving long-term business growth for
residential ESS products. Acting as the commercial lead for Italy,
the successful candidate will oversee the complete distributor
development process, including market mapping, customer
acquisition, business negotiations, contract execution, order
management, and ongoing channel development. Key Responsibilities
Build and manage a structured distributor pipeline by identifying,
qualifying, and prioritizing potential channel partners across the
Italian market. Identify key decision-makers, conduct customer
visits, and present the company's products and value proposition
while understanding customer requirements. Lead commercial
negotiation
