Danaher is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to lead complex, multi-country payrolls across the EMEA region.

You will ensure accuracy, compliance, risk management, and stakeholder confidence, guiding harmonization and regional payroll strategy.

This role reports to the Payroll Manager-EMEA and can be performed on-site or remotely within Italy/Cytiva. xysqume
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting or business, 7+ years in payroll, and expert knowledge of ADP, Workday, or SAP.
