MAIN PURPOSE
The Deputy Store Director is responsible for supporting the Store Director in implementing operational policies, sales support, training, and stock management. Maintaining the highest degree of customer service every day in accordance with Retail Excellence and empowering the team to make decisions in the best interest of providing an elevated client experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE STORE
Support the Store Director in managing day‑to‑day operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, visual merchandising, and daily reporting. Drive sales performance, review metrics, and implement initiatives to achieve targets.



Develop and coach the team to meet company standards and deliver exceptional customer service.

Profile
PROFILE & EXPERIENCE
• Masters/ Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 10 years of retail management experience, with at least 5 years in full‑offer stores
