Are you passionate about electric cars and new technologies? We need to incorporate a new person into our team in Milano area, Italy, for the position of Sales Development Representative (SDR).

Your work as an SDR will consist of generating qualified leads for the sales team. This role focuses on identifying and qualifying potential customers through various prospecting tactics, including cold calls, emails, video calls, and social networks.
You will also be responsible for following up on potential customers who have made a quote through our website, EV-Renting.com/it, or who have requested a commercial call. You will acquire great practical knowledge in a short time, and your ability to achieve commercial goals will improve thanks to the "learning by doing" methodology.

Identify and qualify potential customers using prospecting tactics, including cold calls, emails, and social networks.
Qualify leads from marketing campaigns by contacting them through calls and emails and introducing the company.
Maintain an up-to-date record of sales activities and results in our CRM system: HubSpot.




Work in collaboration with the sales team to identify areas of opportunity and improve the sales process.
Create long-term relationships of trust with potential customers.
Proactively search for new business opportunities in the market.
Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified potential customers.
Report sales results to the Customer Experience Manager.
Participate in international sales meetings and training to improve the team's skills and knowledge.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
You have at least 3 years of work experience.
Basic knowledge of sales and marketing techniques.
Ability to communicate fluently in English both in written and oral form.
University education, preferably in the field of Business Administration.
Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and achieve established sales goals.
