WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY

- Lead the Plan & Order Point together with your team, driving business growth and creating a simple, inspiring and seamless customer experience
- Put the customer at the centre by turning their needs into clear commercial actions and results
- Grow and develop your team, building a positive,
collaborative environment where people can perform and grow
- Work closely with other teams to share ideas, improve ways of working and strengthen overall performance
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE

- Experience in commercial roles and in leading teams in customer-facing environments
- A strong customer and business mindset, with the ability to spot opportunities and turn them into results
- Ability to use data and insights to make decisions and improve performance
- Positive leadership and strong communication skills, with the ability to build trust and develop people
