Role DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a background in the insurance industry. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and organizational skills, a deep understanding of insurance processes, and the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring successful delivery.
- Manage insurance projects, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
- Oversee project teams,
ensuring effective communication and coordination across all parties involved
- Identify and manage project risks, developing mitigation strategies to ensure project success
Skills and Experience
- Higher education in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering or Computer Science (and related fields)
- At least 5 years of experience in project management within the insurance industry
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and software
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross‑functional teams
