Position Summary: The Director, Human Resources & Organizational Development – EMEA is a strategic HR leader responsible for advancing organizational capability, leadership effectiveness, talent readiness, employee engagement, and industrial relations across the region. Reporting to the VP, Human Resources, this role partners with business and local HR leaders to execute business priorities, guide organizational change, strengthen leadership pipelines, and ensure effective employee and labor relations aligned with business objectives,
enterprise standards, and local requirements.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Performance & Strategic Execution
- Partner with business leaders to translate strategic priorities into organization, talent, and workforce plans.
- Lead HR and organizational initiatives that improve execution, accountability, decision-making, and business performance.
