General Profile
The role has accountability for leading, governing, and optimizing Inbound and Outbound logistics operations executed by a third‑party logistics provider, ensuring performance, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate, analyze, and report internal logistics metrics/KPIs related to Inbound and Outbound flows. Monitor service performance, identify trends, and log exceptions. Drive corrective actions with the third‑party logistics provider.
- Ensure adherence to established business processes across Inbound and Outbound operations. Support the design and implementation of new logistics processes. Lead process improvement initiatives with local
